
3. Resale and Rentals
Once a year we ask the shareholders in a specific resort whether
they are interested in selling their shares; if ‘yes’,
Prolink Namibia will actively market their shares on behalf of the
shareholder. Shareholders are not obliged to make use of our “once
a year” offer, and may at any time sell their shares privately
with the consent of the management company. In respect of rentals,
we advertise all of Prolink Namibia’s syndications nationally
and abroad. Adverts cover the year as a whole. When a client/tenant
opts for your timeframe we will contact you telephonically and handle
the full administration on your behalf.

Joint Ownership is normally arranged between friends
or family, with joint ownership of a holiday home. This means that
the tasks of supervising the building contractors, architects, engineers
and interior decorators has to be split between friends, which implies
a heavy load on someone’s shoulders above his/her daily tasks.
