Rossmund Golf Course is situated east of Swakopmund on the northern bank of the Swakop River. Take the B2 main road from Swakopmund to Windhoek and turn right after 6 km. It is clearly marked ‘Rossmund Golf Club'.

Approval has been obtained for the establishment of a Desert Golf Village in a sectional title security complex, and a residential section on erven demarcated for housing development within a homeowners association. Development is underway and nearing completion.

This residential development is planned around the upper and lower reaches and proximities of the golf course. With the emphasis on quality material and workmanship, strictly controlled by professional supervision, the investor is protected by specified materials and standards thereby ensuring a distinctive turnkey product.
